Because this forty year old building would remain fully occupied during its seismic upgrade, a fully caulked stone veneer panel system with an integrated weep system and insulation was utilized, allowing for a one step installation process. Approximately 22,230 SF of Rockville Beige Granite was used to cover the new structural steel columns added for seismic compliance.
